Welcome to our character-filled 2-bedroom ground-floor apartment, part of a heritage-listed building on the official Coogee Art Deco Walk. It’s just an 8-minute walk down the hill to Coogee Beach and Wylie’s Baths — close to the action, but tucked up the hill in a quieter pocket.

The apartment is part of a heritage-listed building, so there’s no soundproofing – you’ll hear neighbours footsteps and they may hear you.

Coogee is well-connected by public transport, with regular buses to the city, Bondi, and surrounding suburbs. While there’s no train station in Coogee, getting around is still easy with a combination of walking and public transit.

✈️ From Sydney Airport

The trip from Sydney Airport to Coogee takes around 1 hour by public transport.
The most common route:

Walk or take the airport train to a nearby bus interchange (like Mascot or Green Square)

Bus 350 or 420 to Coogee Beach – they run frequently and drop you close to the apartment

🚌 Local Transport

• Buses to the city: Buses like the 373, 374 and X74 run from Coogee to Central, Circular Quay, and the CBD
• Light rail access: You can walk or bus to Randwick Light Rail station and travel to the city via George Street
• Bondi Junction Station: Easily accessible by bus for train connections and shopping

🚶 On Foot

The beach, local cafés, groceries, and scenic walks are all within 10–15 minutes’ walk from the apartment. Just note: we’re located at the top of a steep hill, so be prepared for a bit of incline on the way back up!

🚗 Driving & Parking

There’s usually street parking nearby, but it may be limited during busy times. We’ll share tips for where to park in your arrival info.

🏘️Shared garden: Outdoor areas are shared with long-term residents. No BBQs, fires, or loud gatherings permitted.

🏞️ Steep hill: The apartment is located at the top of a steep incline. Please consider this if you have mobility needs or heavy luggage.

🧺 Laundry: A private washing machine is available (no dryer). Indoor drying racks and a shared clothesline are provided.

🔲 Privacy film: Windows have privacy film, but it reflects light. If it’s brighter inside than outside, visibility is possible — we recommend closing curtains at night.

📚 Books & games: A small selection of reading materials and classic card/board games is provided for guest use.
