Welcome to your high-end Niceville escape! Unlike standard rentals, our cottage has been meticulously remodeled with a fresh, modern aesthetic that feels like a boutique hotel.
Walkability: We are one of the few spots where you can leave the car behind to hit the pickleball courts or grab a craft beer at a local pub.
The Beach: You are approximately one mile from the local public beach—perfect for a sunset stroll without the Destin crowds.
Community: Located in a charming, friendly neighborhood that gives you a true "local" Florida feel.
Getting Around
Commuting from our "Sweetest Town in the South" is a breeze. You are perfectly positioned to avoid the gridlock of Highway 98 while staying close to the action:
Destin (18 miles): Easy access to HarborWalk Village and world-class fishing.
Fort Walton Beach (11 miles): A quick hop to the Okaloosa Island pier.
Nature & History: Less than 5 minutes to the Air Force Armament Museum and Turkey Creek, featuring miles of stunning boardwalks and swimming holes for the ultimate family picnic.
Essentials: Walmart, grocery stores, and boutique shopping are all within a 3-minute drive. Ubers are readily available for nights out!

This was the perfect place for what we needed, it was super clean, safe and close to everything. Chris the host of was super attentive answered right away if I had any questions. We even had to stay an extra night since there was a winter storm back home and he was so complimentary!!! The price can’t be beat. Would def stay here again!!!

The cotttage is in a quiet location. It’s well decorated and has all the cookware and dishes you need to prepare meals. Short drive from airport and to beaches. Chris was very responsive to a couple of things we encountered. We would stay there again.

As we arrived, the exterior was well-illuminated and the door had code access for an easy late evening entry. The interior was well-kept, pristine, stylish, and welcoming. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Helpful appliances included Smart TVs, Keurig, tower fans, and washer/dryer. It was centrally located in Niceville with easy access to VPS airport, Eglin AFB, all Niceville establishments, and a short drive from Destin beaches. We would happily stay here again.
