Built in 2000, the house features four comfortable vacation apartments and is ideal for anyone looking to combine peace and quiet, nature, and proximity to the beach. On the upper floor, you’ll find a lovingly furnished vacation apartment with a balcony—perfect for a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation with family or friends.
The vacation apartment is tastefully decorated in a colonial style and offers a cozy atmosphere. In addition to being fully equipped for your stay, the fireplace ensures cozy moments on cooler days. Pets are not allowed, which ensures a particularly quiet and well-maintained environment.
Your apartment comes with its own reserved parking space right next to the house. Additional paid parking spaces are available nearby. A lockable bike storage room is available right next to the vacation home—ideal for anyone who wants to actively explore the island on two wheels.
Thanks to the house’s excellent location, you can reach all major destinations in Karlshagen in just a few minutes: The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is only about 500 meters away, and the Karlshagen marina is about 2 kilometers away. Shopping, restaurants, and cafés are also conveniently nearby and can be reached quickly on foot or by bike.

Three-room vacation apartment, Type W1 - Waldblick:
The spacious three-room Waldblick vacation apartment, measuring approximately 75 m², is located on the first floor of the vacation home and offers plenty of space for a relaxing vacation. It features a well-equipped kitchenette, a modern bathroom with a shower, a balcony, satellite TV, and many other amenities. In the living area, a cozy sofa, a TV cabinet with a hi-fi system, and a dining table with six comfortable chairs invite you to relax. Especially during the cooler months, the fireplace in the living room provides cozy warmth and creates a relaxing atmosphere for pleasant evenings. The large west-facing windows open onto the spacious balcony, which is furnished with seating for four—the ideal place to wind down at the end of the day.
The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner stove, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, and other useful utensils, so you can easily prepare your own meals.
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (2 × 90/200 cm), two single beds (2 × 90/200 cm), and a spacious closet. The open loft offers additional sleeping space, featuring another double bed (2 × 90/200 cm) and an extra TV—ideal for families or couples traveling together.
The bathroom features a shower, a sink, and a toilet.
Breakfast at the nearby Maiglöckchen bed-and-breakfast and the laundry package are not included in the price but can be booked as add-ons upon request. The vacation rental is managed by the Vratny family on behalf of the owner.
