Porta Mare is a complex in a quiet part of Kołobrzeg, near Ökopark Ost. This charming residential complex puts you close to the beautiful beach, which is just a 10-minute walk away. The location boasts excellent access to the city center and proximity to a network of bike paths, while also offering a peaceful atmosphere and proximity to green spaces. In addition, there is a fenced-in playground on the grounds, providing children with fun and safe outdoor entertainment. Guests also have access to an outdoor fitness area, allowing them to exercise in the fresh air without having to leave the grounds. Every building in the Porta Mare residential complex is equipped with a modern, quiet elevator, providing residents with comfort and convenience. The complex is located in a quiet part of Kolberg, near Ökopark Ost and just a few steps from the beach. Kolberg is a popular coastal town with many tourist, cultural, and recreational opportunities. In the town, you’ll find museums, parks, walking trails, and a diverse range of dining options.
The selected apartment uses the Click&Stay service. A few days before your arrival, you will receive an email with a link to the Click&Stay stay manager. You’ll need to use this to complete the necessary formalities before your arrival, such as: tourist tax, security deposit, signing the rental agreement, and any fees for parking or bringing a pet.
In select properties, access to the apartment is either via a code or by retrieving the keys from a key box. The code will be available in Click&Stay on the day of check-in after the formalities have been completed.
If any issues arise, you can also complete all formalities at the local office. The local office is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.
• The damage deposit is 300 PLN. It consists of a pre-authorization (hold) on the guest’s card. The funds on the card will be released within 5 days after check-out.
• The release of the security deposit held on the card depends on the bank where the customer holds their payment card and may take between 7 and 14 days.
• Tourist tax (currently 6.35 PLN per night per person).
• The apartment has a parking space, which is available for an additional fee.
• Pets are not allowed in the selected apartment.
• The apartments are equipped with bed linens and towels.
Cancellation policy:
The following fees apply in the event of a cancellation:
Up to 14 days before arrival: 25% of the total booking amount
Otherwise, 90% of the total booking amount.
