The Space
Welcome to our beautiful, modern bungalow, perfectly nestled between downtown Asheville and Black Mountain (about 12 minutes from both). It's the ideal base for your mountain getaway, offering stunning views and high-end comfort.
You enter from the patio into a majestic living room with vaulted, floor-to-ceiling walls, a warm stone fireplace, and an open-concept gourmet kitchen and dining area. If you love to cook, the kitchen awaits your creative touch.
The ground floor features the master suite, complete with a luxury spa-style bathroom with a separate soaking tub and walk-in shower, plus a walk-in closet befitting 5-star luxury. You will also find a powder room, a wet bar, and a laundry room with a high-end washer and dryer.
Upstairs, two more comfortable bedrooms await (one with a King bed, one with a Queen bed) along with a second full bathroom with a tub.
Step outside from the living room onto the large, covered patio. After a fun day in the mountains, soak in the hot tub, gather around the fire pit, or enjoy a meal prepared on the BBQ grill.
Guest Access
You will have access to all living spaces within the house, with the exception of the garage. Enjoy the entire home as your private retreat.
Self check-in is simple with a keypad on the main door, which is on the patio. Ample parking is available for your convenience.

Our home is your gateway to the best of the Blue Ridge Mountains. You are just minutes away from amazing hikes, local craft breweries, the iconic Biltmore Estate, the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway, and the beautiful Catawba Falls.

No pets or ESAs are permitted due to the host's severe allergies.
No parties or events. Our home is in a quiet residential area.
Quiet hours are from 10:30 pm to 6:00 am.

This home is an absolute dream. We traveled with 2 young kids (age 6&8) and 2 adults for a weeklong spring break trip. Everything was spotless when we arrived. The house has every amenity you could ask for: a very well appointed kitchen with large fridge and range, incredibly comfortable beds, cozy family room to watch movies, and a spectacular hot tub. My kids and I absolutely loved the hot tub, it was crystal clean. I was so impressed that the host even came by to make sure the pH was correct for the tub so that we could continue to enjoy it. The neighborhood is quiet and located in an area that allows for a very easy drive to get to Asheville and surrounding towns. Hosts Susan and Raj went above and beyond. Communication was always timely and clear. Can’t say enough about how beautiful this home is, I would not hesitate to stay here again!
