The floors were filthy. That was really our only complaint and I’ve never before made a complaint. I called and sent a picture of the bottom of my feet after being in the unit for 10 minutes, they were black. I text the manager and they said they’d send someone over the next day to clean them. When we returned in the evening next day we assumed the floors were cleaned. Again, after 10 minutes the bottoms of our feet were BLACK. I again text the manager and said no one mopped. She stated they had swept AND mopped. She said she’d send someone the next day but I would have to be there so I could see they’d done it. I felt like I was being called a liar. We were out every day, all day and I wasn’t about to give up my time to watch their cleaners do their jobs. We lived with the filthy floors and just wore our shoes the whole time. The bed was comfortable and the grounds gorgeous. The studio unit was very small and the bathroom clean.
