Fully stocked, and nicely furnished 3-bedroom 2-bath waterfront Villa with heated pool in SW Cape Coral. Close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Dock and boat lift are available for use. Sleeps 7. Owners allow one dog up to 50 lbs. We ask for pre-approval, please. A pet fee of $80 might apply.

Villa Solara is situated in a nice and quiet neighborhood in desirable SW Cape Coral. It is conveniently located close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Going south you will find a Publix, a Walgreens, numerous good restaurants, a gas station, fast food joints, banks, and a walk-in clinic. A little further down is our beautiful Cape Harbour with its great restaurants, a little boardwalk, bars, shops, life music and more. 3 minutes to the north of the home you will find the Surfside Shops with multiple more restaurants, a Starbucks, a farmers’ market, an ice cream place, and much more.
Great parks, several pickleball courts as well as golf courses are also just a few minutes away.
A week prior to your trip we will send you all the necessary information you need for your arrival. We will also arrange a time with you for a brief meet and greet at the house with our property manager, Charlie. During your stay, Charlie can always be reached via phone or by email.
