You found exactly what you were looking for! Comfort, new and beautiful furnished apartment with a well-stocked kitchen, washer, and dryer inside the unit, your own parking space, and security! You will love the vibe of Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, and Brickell. And this building is literally in the middle of these great neighborhoods. We are 20 minutes away from South Beach, 11 from Key Biscayne, 5 from Coconut Grove and 20 from Miami International Airport! The apartment is in a building called Shamrock by the Gables. It is just two blocks from the beautiful Coral Way, which has a FREE shuttle service connecting with other neighborhoods and tourist/business areas such as Coral Gables, Miami Beach, and Brickell. Uber and Lyft drivers are constantly driving around the building and will pick you up in a few minutes (or right away). The apartment is in a building called Shamrock by the Gables. We are five minutes from Coral Gables and ten from Brickell, Coconut Grove, and Little Havana. The place is conveniently close to a great variety of shops and restaurants. Coral Way is known for its picturesque banyan trees along the way. It is so pretty! It is a delightful neighborhood dotted with vibrant Cuban flavor by its warm and spontaneous people and charming urban spaces. Only one block, we have a Winn Dixie Supermarket, and two blocks, the Miracle Marketplace Mall, where you will find fine stores like Marshalls, Nordstrom Rack, DSW Shoes, Venetian Nail and Spa, Vision Works, Sixt Rent A Car, LA Fitness, Petsmart, Hooters, Dollar Tree and more. In Miracle Mile, a few blocks from the apartment, you will find a Ross, Winn Dixie, Walgreens, CVS, Boston Market, Mc Donalds, Taco Bell, Pollo Tropical, and Denny's, and plenty of delicious restaurants, especially on Giralda Ave (my favorite street). For the brides and grooms who come to Miami to buy their wedding gowns, nothing is more glamorous and famous than Miracle Mile's bridal shops. It's lovely to be within walking distance from Coral Gables restaurants, pubs, and cafes: Barnes and Noble, Books and Books, Starbucks, and the fancy shops at Merrick Park. Easy access to major highways, Dixie Highway (US1) and I-95. Pay only $2.25 and tour the city on the metro rail, Coconut Grove Station, one mile away. The University of Miami is only 2.8 miles away, and Jackson Memorial Hospital is 5 miles away. Loan Depot, home of the Marlins, is 9 minutes away. Kaseya Center (former AA Arena) - Miami Heat home is 14 minutes away. Have fun!
