Very convenient, walkable location. Condo has essentials. Nice TVs is three rooms. Room with King bed has balcony but does not have a closet or en suite bath. The other bedroom does have a closet and attached bathroom. Host was very responsive when we had questions or needed assistance.

Great location for the event we were attending. Nice sandwich shop called Manhattan Cafe just around the corner and several other places all within walking distance. Kitchen had the bare minimum of equipment and could use some more pans for cooking, an oven-mitt would have been nice and more utensils. The parking situation is great there!! Rooms were nice. Could use a basic chest of drawers in the smaller room as there was no place to store your clothes once there.

Amazing location. We were able to walk everywhere from the Capital to the Performing Arts Center and all the museums in between. Very clean, with lots of attention to details. Perfectly located in the heart of Raleigh!
