The Cocoonr Agency offers you this beautiful modern flat in Le Grand-Bornand (Chinaillon area), located in a recent residence on the heights of the village. Combining contemporary comfort and a warm atmosphere, it can comfortably accommodate 4 to 6 people. Located on level -4 (with lift), it enjoys unobstructed views of the slopes and the village, in a quiet and pleasant setting.

- An open-plan, fully equipped kitchen: oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, raclette and fondue sets, kettle
- A bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200), large wardrobe and balcony access with a view of Le Lachat
- One bedroom (windowless cabin) with one bunk bed + pull-out bed (sleeps three), large storage space
- One bathroom with shower, washbasin and towel dryer
- Separate WC with washer-dryer

- One balcony furnished with table and chairs, ideal for enjoying al fresco meals facing the mountains

The flat is conveniently located about a 15-minute walk from the centre of Chinaillon. During the season, free shuttles pass in front of the residence, providing quick access to the ski slopes, hiking trails and shops.
Bakeries, restaurants, grocery stores, a cinema, swimming pool and ice rink are also nearby, both in Chinaillon and Grand-Bornand Village.
