About this chalet rental
The Coconr Agency is pleased to offer this charming 100 m² chalet in Le Grand-Bornand, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. Situated in the old village of Chinaillon, it offers superb views of the mountains and is within walking distance of the ski slopes. You’ll enjoy Wi-Fi, a cleaning service included, and 4* hotel-quality linen (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your beds will be made up on arrival to ensure a stress-free stay.
Building work is currently underway in the neighbouring chalet, situated right next door. This may cause some noise disturbance during the day.
The accommodation comprises:
- A spacious 50 m² living room with a television and a fireplace (firewood provided)
- A fully equipped kitchen: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Three bedrooms with double beds (140x190)
- One bedroom with a sofa bed
- Two bathrooms with shower and bath
- Two separate toilets
For your comfort, you’ll find a range of facilities in the property, including: a high chair, a cot, a washing machine, a tumble dryer…
Outdoors:
You’ll enjoy a garden of around 400 m² and a furnished terrace, ideal for sunny days

The chalet is ideally situated in the old village of Chinaillon (Le Grand-Bornand), in a picturesque and pleasant setting. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the local market.
The chalet is 2 km from the ski slopes, 900 m from the village of Chinaillon and 500 m from the shuttle bus stop.
