About this house rental
This accommodation for NON SMOKERS of 2 bedrooms is a whole house of 60m2 and 35m2 terrace, thought for those who seek a central base, authentic and quiet to visit the island.
The large bay windows let in natural light and allow a 360° view from all living spaces.
To the north, the rooms overlook a small residential dead end street and enjoy the view of Tinajo and in the distance La Graciosa and the cliffs of Famara.
To the west and south, the day area opens onto the Tinache volcano and its terraced fields and the clay-colored Montaña de Tinajo.
The property of 1400m2 consists of a garage-laundry room and 5 independent apartments.
We (me, my husband and our 2 children) come weekly during the day for the maintenance of the property.
The laundry room is at your disposal for €3/wash, soap included.
The free parking with video-surveillance is common to the whole property.
