MASTER BEDROOM- Bedroom 1 (Deschutes River/Fishing Room) – Comfy King size bed, dedicated desk workspace, storage in cube shelf or nightstands, Roku Tv, Chair that pulls out to a single bed (for kids), double vanity, walk in closet (big enough for pack n play), tub/shower combo
2ND BEDROOM (Mt. Bachelor/Ski Room) – has one queen bed, set of bunk with twin beds, chair, Roku Tv, dresser, blackout curtains, private vanity/sink/mirror and walk in closest, and shared toilet/shower/tub with bedroom 3.
3RD BEDROOM (Smith Rock/Climbing Room) – has queen bed, dedicated desk workspace, cube shelf storage, private vanity/sink/mirror and shared toilet/shower/tub with bedroom 2.
KITCHEN- pots, pans, toaster, microwave, blender, griddle, coffee maker-everything you need to cook or do light baking.
LAUNDRY ROOM-Brand new washer/dryer and dog supplies, including dog bed, food/water dish, poop scoop and bags, and cleaning spray.
BACKYARD- Patio with Hot tub and bbq, grass yard (set out provided cornhole) and lower area with firepit and picnic table
AMENITIES- The bathrooms include premium shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, and makeup remover wipes.
There are fun games in the couch ottoman. In the garage is a Ping-Pong table, a bin of sports balls, a futon, and chalk mountains. Send the kids out there to play and draw!
Guest access
The entire house is available for guest use. Please note that there is one closet within the home that is locked and not accessible, as they contain housekeeping supplies.

House Rules and Policies:
1. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. No parties or gatherings are allowed on the property.
2.PETS WELCOME! We have a medium size dog bed, food/water dish/poop scooper/bags, and pet cleaner available. $75 Pet Fee. Please clean up pet mess. Additional $100+ Pet Cleanup Fee will be charged if additional cleaning is required.
Keep pets off beds and furniture, please.
We are licensed by City of Bend as a short term rental.
Noise Policy:
1. Please keep noise levels to a minimum between 10:00PM and 8:00AM, in accordance with the City of Bend's good neighbor guidelines.
2. There are empty lots behind the house. Sometimes there are construction vehicles, mostly during the weekdays. Noise has been minimal and should not be disruptive to your stay.
