Cocoonr is offering this charming chalet for rent in Le Grand-Bornand, complete with Wi-Fi. It has a floor area of 113 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely living room, a fully fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms and two bathrooms. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
Les 6 Parets is a semi-detached chalet spread over three floors:
Lower floor:
- A lovely, light-filled living room opening onto a large south-east-facing balcony
- An open-plan fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Separate toilet
- A bathroom with a shower
- A mezzanine with a double bed (160x200) is located above the living room
Ground floor:
- Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (160x200)
- A bedroom with a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Separate toilet
- A bathroom
- A utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A balcony to enjoy sunny days
The flat is ideally situated in Le Grand-Bornand, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… You’ll be charmed by Les 6 Parets, a modern chalet close to the village centre of Le Grand-Bornand (a 10-minute walk) and the Rosay ski lifts (1.5 km away). There’s also a ski bus stop just 300 metres from the chalet.
Situated in a quiet, south-facing neighbourhood, this chalet also offers a lovely panoramic view of the village, the Aravis mountain range and La Tournette.
