About this bed and breakfast
This above-garage coach house has in-suite laundry, wifi, full kitchen and balcony! Less than a block from Chinook Hospital, this unit is bright, immaculate and well-equipped for both short-term and longer-term stays. The suite has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom and is suitable for a maximum of four people. Off-street parking is included and stairs are required to access the unit.
The space is comfortable and well-defined; dining and living area has a smart TV and dining set. The kitchen features a stunning wooden countertop, stainless appliances, cabinets to the ceiling and a small patio. Each bedroom has a comfortable (and new) queen mattress, wardrobe with hangers and night stands with reading lamps. The bathroom has a tub/shower, sink and toilet with ample storage. There is a brand new stacking washer/dryer in-suite in the closet by the kitchen with extra storage in the cupboard above it.
Please note that this is a STRICTLY non-smoking unit - smoking is not permitted inside or outside the unit at any time.
You have access to your own private parking pad and the suite. The yard is not shared and belongs to the main house on the property. You do, however, have your own patio to enjoy some sunshine!
We give you your space and privacy but are local and available as-needed.
Located just one block from the Chinook Regional Hospital, the neighbourhood consists of a mix of 1950/1960’s bungalows and some newer infill homes. A short walk to ‘Gyro Park’, one of the South sides most enjoyable green spaces surrounded by beautiful homes!
Parking is provided as a private pad beside your own entrance to the suite. Parking is located off the rear alley. Many buses run along 10th Avenue South (Hospital) which would be the closest transit stop.
Must be able to climb stairs to the unit!
Oversized vehicles must use street parking.
Strictly no smoking, parties or outside guests not approved or listed on the booking are permitted.
No outdoor footwear indoors please.
