The place is not bad, does require a bit of updating. Our biggest issue were the front access doors were locked upon arrival and no code was shared for entry. After a very long day of traveling, the last thing I wanted to do was sit outside late at night with multiple other couples trying to figure out how to get in. We ended up having to call the 800 number. Also, you get 3 towels and no more. Staying for a week with 3 people, 3 towels would never be enough. I called to ask how about getting new towels and was told to go to the laundry mat. No one wants to go to the laundry mat on their vacation, let’s be honest
