About this house rental
A modern retreat meets majestic waterfront living at this home on serene Zeky’s Pond just steps from Copake Lake. Enjoy boating, watersports, fishing, golf, skiing, dining, and more. The open-concept kitchen, living, and dining areas feature a multi-sided fireplace and open to a screened porch and deck with water views. Unwind by the outdoor firepit, play yard games on the lawn, or relax on the private dock just steps from your door. The perfect getaway for all seasons.
This single-level home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and an open kitchen, living, and dining area. The primary suite offers a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. One guest room has a queen bed and desk, while the third includes twin bunks, a single twin, and a crib. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Outside, enjoy a screened porch, deck, yard, firepit, and a waterfront deck with Adirondack chairs, accessed via natural stone steps.
Guests will have access to the entire property and most of the house excluding some owner closets and storage.
Guest interaction will be 100% remote via call, text or Airbnb.

-Wildlife:
Our homes are often in rural areas, so you may encounter insects (bees, spiders, flies), small animals (squirrels, raccoons), and occasionally larger wildlife (deer, bears). Please be prepared for nature during your stay and remember they’re more afraid of you than you are of them.
-Power & Internet Outages:
Outages can happen in this area due to weather or other factors. Because they are out of our control, we do not provide refunds for these interruptions, but we’ll do our best to help you work around them.

Rain, wind, snow and extreme heat and humidity are possible depending on the season. Please plan your travel accordingly, as we cannot refund missed stays due to weather conditions preventing travel.
-Additional Guests & Occupancy Limits:
