Welcome to Montsaunès, a charming village in southwest France, ideally located between the Garonne River and the Pyrenees. This fully renovated 70 m² country house accommodates up to 5 guests for a peaceful stay close to mountains, rivers, and major tourist routes.



The house features two thoughtfully furnished bedrooms. The first has a double bed (140 cm), storage, and quality bedding. The second offers a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm), perfect for families or groups of friends. The modern bathroom includes a bathtub, and the toilet is separate.



The living area has a fully equipped kitchen and a bright, comfortable lounge—ideal for relaxing after a day of activities.



Bed linen and towels are included (change available for an extra fee). Final cleaning must be done by guests or is available for an extra fee. Pets are not allowed and the property is non-smoking. A baby cot can be provided on request. A washing machine is available on site.
