About this apartment rental
The Cocoonr agency offers this charming 95 m² apartment for rent in Créteil, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. Located on the 13th floor (with lift), it consists of a lovely 50 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Wi-Fi (fibre optic) and sheets and towels are included. We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 50 m² living room with a sofa, a double sofa bed and a TV
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with bathtub
- A separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A balcony with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The flat is ideally located in Créteil, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's garage. The space is designed for a standard-sized car.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Train stations: You can reach the major Parisian train stations (Gare Montparnasse, Gare de Lyon, Gare de L'Est) using the nearby public transport.
- Nearest airport: Orly Airport is 12 km away (approximately 21 minutes).
