This is the ideal place to spend your vacation in Orlando! Only 6 miles to the Disney theme parks, located in a gated community with luxury resort infrastructure. Our house is professionally decorated as to make you feel comfortable and your stay unforgettable!

Our delightful property is perfect for guests looking for a serene retreat. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.
This is a 4 bedroom townhouse close to the Clubhouse! This home has been recently redecorated and offers a full service kitchen, private pool (pool heater is an optional, which costs US$ 40/day plus tax and must be contracted for the entire period of stay and must be requested 3 days prior to arrival date), grill (it is an optional, US$ 70 per period, to cover usage and cleaning). You will be able to park in a reserved space in front of the house (more parking spaces available in the street).
The upgraded kitchen is great for family dinners and this rental is fully furnished with all the comforts of home. You will find everything you need for preparing and having family meals in this house. All of the bedrooms are stylishly decorated and feature a flat screen TV in each (cable tv) , high quality linens and sheets. The bedroom configurations consists of 1-king bedroom, 2-queen bedrooms and 1 twin themed bedroom with 2 twin beds. Besides the air conditioning system, every bedroom also has ceiling fans. We can offer extra accommodation for up two extra guests. A full-size washer and dryer along with free wifi are available for your convenience. This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom 1,914 sq. ft. 2 story townhome with splash pool accommodates up to 10 guests with 1,914 sq. ft. of spacious living. This rental features a terrific upgraded contemporary furniture package. To enjoy dining together, the dining room has plenty of room to gather and reminisce. For the convenience of our guests with a baby, we provide a crib (Graco pack and play), high chair, bath tub, and stroller to enjoy during your stay. The gorgeous splash pool will provide hours of fun-in-the-sun for all ages alike.
