• Just a Friendly Heads-Up! As you make your way to the cabin and travel around the area, please keep in mind that some of the mountain roads can be steep and winding—that's part of the charm of being in the Smokies! Drive cautiously, especially if it’s your first time in the area, and give yourself a little extra time. Most guests make the trip just fine, and the views are absolutely worth it! House rules
• Traveler must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $1000.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine. This is the rule of the Condo Association.
