Welcome to Jojo's Lookout, your private sanctuary in one of Rotorua’s most sought after locations. This elegant home blends refined design with breathtaking natural beauty offering panoramic views of the mountain, Lake Rotorua, rolling farmland, and the twinkling city lights by night. We're getting an initial listing up so you can book it before our photographer can even get there!
The Space:
Step inside and experience luxury, space, and serenity at every turn. This stunning home features two spacious living areas perfect for relaxing or entertaining, and a designer kitchen fully equipped for gourmet dining. A sunny sitting area flows effortlessly to the outdoor living spaces, where you can unwind in the spa pool while taking in the breathtaking views across the city, lake, and mountains.
There are three beautifully styled bedrooms, including a sumptuous master suite with a luxurious ensuite and walk-in wardrobe.
The converted internal-access garage now serves as a functional bunk room, ideal for extra guests, with an exciting renovation planned for November 2025 to add elegant French doors and upgraded finishes. For now, it's just a converted garage though so please be aware when booking prior to December.
A modern family bathroom showcases high-end touches, while a dedicated office space provides a peaceful spot for remote work or quiet reading. Completing the home is an internal-access garage for your convenience — every detail designed for a stay that feels both indulgent and effortless.

Set high above the city, this home is situated in Redwoods Park offering views, space, and easy access to Rotorua’s outdoor lifestyle. World-class mountain biking and walking trails, the lakefront, and thermal attractions are all within a short drive, while cafés, restaurants, and shops are close enough to enjoy without the hustle of the city centre. At night, the area is peaceful the ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring.
Getting Around:
We'd recommend your own vehicle however taxis and ubers are readily available.

The house was spectacular with a host of full amenities. The kitchen and pantry were well stocked with quality kitchenware and all the basic spices, oils and condiments to allow for great meal prep without having to purchase the basics. The view overlooking Lake Rotorua is stunning, the furniture was first class and comfortable. The beds/ linens were high quality and very comfortable. We slept very comfortably. We wanted for nothing here other than more time! Absolutely 5 Star! Thank you for making our stay memorable!
