    I recently stayed here in a standard room during a trip to Darjeeling. Since I spent almost the entire day out sightseeing, the room served its purpose just fine as a place to crash, but there are definitely a few things worth knowing beforehand. On the positive side, they covered all the basic amenities—there was a TV, clean bath towels, soap, shower gel, an electric kettle with tea and coffee sachets, and a working geyser with plenty of hot water, which is always a relief in the cold weather. However, the standard room is definitely on the smaller side, and the bed felt a bit short. There wasn't any scenic valley view either—my window just opened directly onto the building next door, though I’m not sure if all the standard rooms are like that or if I just got a bad roll of the dice. Connectivity was also pretty frustrating; neither my Jio nor Airtel SIMs got any proper mobile network inside the room, and the hotel Wi-Fi was quite slow and kept disconnecting. The water pressure on the bathroom jet spray was also very weak. Overall, if you just need a overall spot to sleep and freshen up while you spend your days exploring Darjeeling, it gets the job done, but it’s definitely not a room meant for lounging or working.

    Hotel nice , but room they gave for standard was too small and compact . Staff are good and helpful . Location but inside the lane .
