The cottage opens onto a beautiful living area with a lounge, kitchen, and dining room, all in a warm atmosphere thanks to the stone walls. The lounge area features a wooden storage unit, a sofa, a coffee table, and a television—perfect for relaxing in front of a TV series, reading a book, or playing a board game with four people! The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, etc.). The cottage also features a bedroom with a 140x190 cm double bed, as well as a large wooden wardrobe and a chest of drawers. This bedroom also has its own bathroom with a shower, a sink with a mirror, and a separate toilet. The cottage also has a laundry room where you'll find the cottage's washing machine. Outside, you can enjoy a dry garden beautifully landscaped by the owners, with garden furniture that will allow you to soak up the Hérault sunshine! The cottage also has a bicycle storage area and a private parking space in the courtyard. Blankets are available at an additional cost (€25, payable directly to the owner). Towels are not provided. Electricity and water charges are subject to an additional charge for electricity and water usage above 2 kW/person/day (according to the current rate). A 4-minute drive from the cottage, visit the sumptuous Château de Cassan, an 18th-century palace nicknamed the Little Versailles of Languedoc. Valmagne Abbey (25 km) is also nearby. Pézenas (10 km) is famous for its rich cultural and architectural heritage and its artisans. 30 km away, discover Lake Salagou, a magnificent lake offering a multitude of outdoor activities as well as hiking trails with breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes.
