Located north of Mazatlán, the Cerritos area is known for its relaxed, safe, and family-friendly atmosphere—ideal for those looking to unwind away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, yet still stay connected to the city.
Here you’ll find:
Wide, peaceful beaches, perfect for swimming, walking, or simply enjoying the sea breeze.
An exclusive residential atmosphere, with modern tourist developments and oceanfront condos.
Close to fresh seafood and local restaurants, as well as small businesses and convenience stores.
Easy access to popular areas such as Marina Mazatlán and the Zona Dorada, just a few minutes away by car.

I felt at home as soon as I walked in. I had a little trouble with the internet. But Gabriel got it corrected immediately. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I appreciated the washer dryer. I loved the pools and used them almost daily; the fact that I had everything I could have wanted was in walking distance and that meant the world to me. As I was cleaning up today, I noticed some water under the sink where the garbage is. You may want to have that looked at. Also, the fire detector ran out of batteries so I unplugged it and removed the battery so you will need a new one. Lastly, I’m returning next year for two months and if at all possible, an arm chair would be a welcome addition and provide extra seating for company. Thank you for welcoming me into your home.
