Sportman's Cove is an established community located on San Carlos Island and is part of the Fort Myers Beach community. With magnificent views over Hurricane Bay, this second floor condo comes with its' own private boat dock available for guests use. Guests can also take advantage of parking their boat trailer for free within the grounds of the community. (Please note the maximum boat size allowed as per community rules is 26 feet long + 9 feet wide).
This 2 Bed/2.5 Bath condo is split level and offers plenty of space. The Living/Kitchen/Half Bath/main screened Lanai area are on the first floor. The 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms are on the second floor. This condo is tastefully appointed throughout, offering a home from home experience. Everything has been thoughtfully provided from comfortable seating and outdoor dining on the oversized lanai overlooking the bay to linens and towels to ensure your stay is a perfect one. The condo also comes with its' own dedicated parking space for your vehicle.
Sportsman's Cove has everything you would expect from a waterfront community including outdoor heated swimming pool and tennis court and a generous bayfront pool deck with lounge chairs so to enjoy the expansive waterfront views in the glorious Florida sunshine. There is also a community BBQ area for guests' use so you can enjoy a little al fresco cooking if in the mood.
NOTE: Reservations for this home must be made at least 25 days prior to arrival so to allow the community management company to process the rental application for applying guests. There may be separate fees payable directly to the community management company in order for this process to be completed.
NOTE: This is a second floor unit and guests will need to climb stairs to access the unit and within the unit as it is a split level condo.
