The unit is in the first floor of the house which is located in the beautiful White Rock BC, just 3-minute drive from the beach. It is just close to the highway, with about a 5-minute drive to the U.S. border. The nearby White Rock town and outlet shopping district offer plenty of amenities.schools and Lots of restaurant near by. Public transportation is also very convenient.

The unit is separate entrance from the backyard. there are comfortable bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a private full bathroom and a separate laundry room.
