Rules:
🔇 Respect the Space
• No parties or events.
• Please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 PM.
• No unregistered guests allowed.
🚭 No Smoking
• Strictly no smoking inside the apartment or on the balcony. Fines exceed $500
• A cleaning fee of an additional $100 per hour
will apply if smoke or odor is detected.
🧹 Cleanliness & Care
• Please take care of furniture and fixtures.
• Wash dishes or place them in the dishwasher before checkout.
• Take rubbish to the rubbish chute located on your floor (across the hall).
• Any damage or excessive mess will result in an additional cleaning charge.
🛏️ During Your Stay
• Keep windows and balcony doors closed when using air-conditioning.
• Do not move or rearrange furniture.
• Always carry the fob for building re-entry.
Lost keys/Fobs will incur a $300 fee for each key lost.
A $50 Call out fee is charged incase of lock out
🚫 Safety & Security
• No illegal substances or activities.
• Turn off lights, AC, and appliances when leaving.
• Lock doors and windows when you go out.
