Nestled in the lush Sicilian countryside, Villa Verde Nature Holiday Home is a stunning detached villa with a private pool, perfect for those seeking a vacation filled with relaxation, privacy, and nature. Located in a scenic spot in Carini, the property spans 4,000 square meters of land planted with fruit trees and olive groves, offering an authentic and rejuvenating atmosphere.
The villa is arranged over two levels: on the first floor is the living area with a bright living room and two double sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and bidet; on the first floor, the sleeping area includes a master bedroom, a small bedroom with a bunk bed (the lower bed can be converted into a double by pulling out a second bed), and a second bathroom, also with a shower and bidet. From the furnished terrace on the first floor, you can enjoy a splendid view of the surrounding landscape.
Outside, the fenced-in garden features a private pool—open from May 1 to October 1—surrounded by a sun deck with lounge chairs and a relaxation area. There is also an outdoor dining area. The house can accommodate up to 9 people and is equipped with free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in every room.
Villa Verde is strategically located for exploring western Sicily. Just a few minutes away are Carini Castle and the town’s historic center. Palermo, with its Arab-Norman treasures designated as an UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the beautiful beaches of Mondello and Isola delle Femmine are less than 30 minutes away. The RI.MED center, currently under construction, is just 500 meters away.
For nature lovers, Monte Cuccio and the Capo Gallo Nature Reserve offer hiking trails and spectacular views. Palermo Falcone-Borsellino Airport is only 10 km away, making the villa easily accessible even for those arriving from afar.
