This exclusive Waterfront Escape in Mangawhai Heads is perched on the edge of a tidal harbour. Built in 2023, this architecturally designed home offers an unparalleled coastal retreat with beautiful views overlooking the Estuary. Whether you're seeking relaxation or inspiration, watch the tide ebb and flow at this exclusive property and enjoy its peaceful surroundings making it an idyllic getaway.
The space
Open plan living with modern fully equipped kitchen, comfy leather sofas, large Smart TV, wood burner, 8 seater dining table, audio speaker, 2 large decks, outdoor lounge suite, BBQ, outdoor table & 6 chairs and extensive lawns. Downstairs toilet, laundry with dryer & washing machine, iron, stick vacuum cleaner etc.
Upstairs
Master bedroom: A large bedroom with Super king bed (natural wool/latex mattress) all cotton linen & towels supplied, ceiling fan and excellent views and sun.
Generous en-suite with walk-in shower.
2 decks off the bedroom, one large deck overlooking the estuary with sun lounger and a Juliette balcony on the other side.
Walk-in wardrobe (one half for guest, the other half is for our use only).
Electric blankets and wall panel heater.

2 single beds with natural latex/wool mattresses or push together for a queen bed. Wardrobe with hangers.

Guest access
Guest have access to the whole house apart from storage cupboards, you can use half the walk-in wardrobe in the master bedroom but no access to the studio room downstairs unless previously agreed.

Please note that we have a dog and a cat so if you are susceptible to allergies this is probably not the best option for you.
