Guest Access:

Guests have access to the full home, including all indoor spaces and exterior patio. The 5-person hot tub is shared with the neighboring duplex unit. Two laundry areas are available (one upstairs, one in the basement). Parking for 6 vehicles is available in the private uncovered driveway.

This Silverthorne location is perfect for groups seeking easy access to outdoor fun. You’re minutes from the Blue River Trail, Dillon Amphitheater, and Silverthorne Rec Center. In winter, choose from nearby resorts like Keystone, Copper, and Breckenridge. In summer, enjoy hiking, fishing, or paddling on nearby lakes and rivers.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring the area, but the home is located on a free Summit Stage bus route for convenient access to Silverthorne and neighboring towns.



Other Things to Note:

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.



Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
