Perfectly located in Fort Myers Beach, with just a short walk down the street to the beach with access across the boulevard and just under a mile walk to Margaritaville and Times Square for shopping and dining. Open concept living area features a living room with a large 65" flat screen TV and fireplace. Enjoy the peaceful palm garden setting as you relax in the sun.

Check in is 4:00 PM and check out is 10:00 AM. Early check in or late check out can be purchased for $25 per hour. The whole 1000 sq. ft. house is available to the guest. One cabinet is permanently locked for the owner

The DiamondHead Resort (5 minute walk) is currently offering a $20.00-$30.00 per day pool pass ($10 for kids 12 and under). Offer subject to change based on DiamondHead Resort terms and conditions.
Additionally, Margaritaville offers daily pool passes for purchase (15 minute walk).

Nicely updated home one block from the beach and a short walk to a ton of restaurants and shops. Very happy I chose this house and definitely would stay there again.
