Tucked in the forested hillside of a private ranch, this combined rental sleeps up to 15 and offers the rustic charm of ranch living with the comfort of two full kitchens, two bathrooms, and flexible sleeping arrangements across three sleeping rooms.

◆ Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.

◆ Ranch roads are narrow and winding — drive slowly (max 10 MPH).

◆ Wi-Fi is available, but cell signal may vary.

◆ Guests must stay within reserved areas and not enter other buildings.

◆ The building has other facilities and rooms that may be used by other guests or staff members.

◆ Laundry Service Available: During weekdays (Mon–Fri), we offer optional laundry service for $50 per 13-gallon bag (wash & dry). To request, contact host upon arrival to arrange.



######## ADDITIONAL RULES ########

1. Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM Early or late check-ins require approval ($100/hour fee).

2. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM - No outdoor music or loud gatherings.

3. Occupancy Limit: No unregistered guests on the property at any time. Extra guests: $100/person/night

4. Parking: Park only in designated gravel areas. No parking on grass, roads, or near other buildings. Violations: $150 fine

5. Property Access: Access to Cabin 1 & 2 and surrounding outdoor spaces only. Do not enter other buildings or cabins.

6. Smoking & Pets: No smoking indoors. No pets allowed.

7. Septic System: Only flush toilet paper—no wipes or feminine products. Violations: $700 fee

8. Trash & Cleanup: Bag and dispose of all trash in outdoor bins. Wash and store all dishes. Turn off lights, close windows, and lock doors.

9. General Conduct: No unapproved parties or unapproved gatherings. Respect other guests and the property. Supervise children at all times.
