Beautiful 3 bed/2 bath home in the desirable Trolley Run neighborhood of Aiken. Conveniently located just minutes from downtown Aiken, Aiken Regional Medical Center, University of South Aiken, only 8 miles from Bruce Field & 15 min from Stableview, it’s the perfect spot for Masters Week, equestrian events, work trips, or a relaxing getaway. Front door has a video doorbell camera, floodlight by garage and camera back porch/ backyard . No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. There will be a fine of $100 per person per night/ or day for any unauthorized guest or visitor. NO EXCEPTIONS!
After 4 guest there is an extra charge of $75 per guest per night.
For any unauthorized pet, a fine of $125 per pet will be charged. Additional fees may apply for any damages, cleaning, or odor removal caused by pets.
Additional House Rules - each item in the house is accounted for in the inventory of items. Missing or damaged items following each stay is subject to a charge as appropriate. Please communicate if any items are damaged during your stay.
The home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM.
Additionally, guests can’t work on their vehicles nor wash their vehicles at the property.
Street parking is strictly prohibited per HOA rules. Any fines issued by the HOA will be the responsibility of the guest and charged accordingly.
