This semi-detached villa is located in a quiet area of Bibione Pineda, featuring a private garden. It is approximately 550mt from the beach and just 50mt from the port and lagoon. The villa includes a living room with a double sofa bed, a separate kitchenette, one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, one bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower. Amenities include satellite TV, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, Wi-Fi, covered parking, and an outdoor barbecue. Heating is available for the winter months. °Final cleaning is not included in the booking price (check below)
