My family and I had an unforgettable New Year's celebration in Ubatuba. The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beautiful Toninhas Beach, making it incredibly convenient for beach outings. Marcio is an exceptional host, always responsive and quick to address any questions or requests we had. I recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Ubatuba. We can’t wait to return!

Fomos em 7 pessoas, 3 casais e 1 criança de 10 anos, passamos um dos melhores momentos de nossas vidas !!! Casa limpa, banheiros recem reformados ... área da churrasqueira maravilhosa !!!! higiene Impecavelllll !!!! Loucas e utensílios da cozinha de primeira linha !!!! Voltarei sempreeeee !!!! Passamos o réveillon entre irmãos e cunhados ... rimos ... bebemos ... fizemos churrasco ... trocamos à noite pelo dia ... curtimos a área de lazer do condomínio .... sinceramente a Praia era dispensável !!!! Parabéns !!!! Nos sentimos em casa

Fui surpreendida positivamente pelo local e pelo apartamento, tudo impecável.
Apartamento limpo, aconchegante, amplo e ainda mais incrível que nas fotos. Condomínio belíssimo, nada a reclamar. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes e indico a quem quiser passar dias agradáveis um Ubatuba em um lugar espetacular.
