Downtown St. Pete is a short drive and is sprinkled with a classic mix of restaurants, beach bars, and shopping, along with the famous Salvador Dali Museum, award-winning Fort De Soto Park, and the St. Petersburg Pier. For the sports fan, the always competitive and entertaining Tampa Bay Rays are a hop, skip, and a jump away.

Condo was clean and equipped well! Loved having 2 bathrooms! Beach access was awesome! The pool was clean as was the rest of the complex. Would highly recommend! 10/10!

We overall had a great stay at the condo and the beach! Weather was perfect, the beach has the best sand. Also, surprisingly the unit is bigger in person than it looks in the photos. While we acknowledge that did go on a very busy weekend there was a lot of movement and traffic around the building. The public parking lot is right next to the condo building which caused the beach to be much busier and limited the space directly in front of the building. The hotel on the other side also blocked off the beach in front of their property and had it marked as a private beach which limited the beach space directly in front of the condo even further. We found if we walked down further it was much less crowded but having to lug all of the beach items that much further was a bit of a headache. There was traffic in the parking lot for most of the night and overnight at times which was tough when we were using the pull out bed in the living room. Also, the living room has sheer curtains which made sleeping in that space more difficult, definitely would advise investing in some room darkening curtains for the living room, it would reduce the nuisance from the parking lot next door and make the sleeping easier! The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen appliances and utensils and there was a dishwasher as well. The washer and dryer in unit was key as well. Overall we would stay here again.

Great location as it is near everything you could want to do or visit in the area. The place itself was very tidy and comfortable, would stay again.

The location was great. Near shopping, food and the beach. The condo was updated but needed so maintenance (floor, towel racks and closet doors). Property management was poor. Very unhelpful. We reported a homeless person camping near our vehicle on the property and was told that WE needed to contact a local shelter and that it was not managements concern. The property was also not very clean. The floors have not been swept and mopped properly. Hair in the bathroom floor, visible dirt on cabinet handles, fridge handles and sink. There were also crumbs under the placemat on the kitchen table.
