    The air conditioning in the accommodation was not working properly. I contacted the staff through Agoda, but instead of receiving assistance, I was only asked questions and no one came to inspect or resolve the issue. The air conditioner in the living room remained ineffective throughout my entire stay. In addition, the water supply on the second floor was unavailable after midnight, which was extremely inconvenient. The property was also not as clean as expected. Overall, I was quite disappointed with my one-night stay, especially considering the price I paid. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.

    Beautiful and good villa with a very relaxing atmosphere. The private pool was amazing, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Great location, helpful staff, and perfect for a getaway with friends or family. Would definitely stay again

    The room is quite old and poorly maintained. There are dead plants at the backside and visible stains on the sofa, and there is very limited seating. — it feels more like an Airbnb. This was not clear at the time of booking. Lower than my expectations

    This is not a hotel, more like air bnb. No service like hotel. The room look old . The pool looks green and not clear at all. We are informed they cleaned the pool already but we are not comfortable to swim in it. We are so disappointed cuz we plan to enjoy the pool. They offered us for cancellation but it is too late to book another place.
