We have just 1 tiny set of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel for each person for 3 days

I liked the location of the property. The view from the balcony was nice. The beds were comfy.

The extra $50 per adult charge. The charge should be listed under the property details on the actual listing , not under the host info as most people don’t click on the host info since all info needed should be under the property info. The time it takes to check in. We arrived around 10:45 and didn’t make it into the unit until right at 12 due to the property not being left open and the process to pay for the admin fee. The fee should be included in the total cost. You pay $50 to gain access to the building and that’s it. The shade that covers the balcony door was off its track we had to fix it in order to even access the balcony. The shade in the first bedroom was also broken and we didn’t have time to try to fix it. The first bedroom floor was partially dirty a broken nail was on the floor and after walking to and from the bathroom our feet was already dirty. The comforter was not clean on the bed closest to the window. The first bathroom toilet was not scrubbed , i assume that they put the products in to clean it but didn’t actually scrub the ring out in the toilet. This overall experience was terrible we paid $780 for 2 nights and only had the property for 1 night plus $200 to gain access to the building. No compensation was offered back which I find ridiculous since it was the property’s fault for not leaving the door unlocked . We paid for a whole day and didn’t gain access until technically the next day due to the hosts fault but yet we were only offered a extra hour of checkout time which didn’t work for us due to our early flight time and they knew what time we were leaving as I communicated it a day prior to our check in. The host should add the admin fee under the property listing. They knew this was an issue due to prior reviews and still failed to make sure that it’s listed in correct spots.
