Location, value for money, all the necessary appliances. Good looking interior. Helpful and friendly online communication with the hosts regarding a minor plumbing issue. A powerful air heater. A water heater that’s big enough for two people.
The apartment is a bit too small for two people; it has a lack of sunshine. it’s damp and has a musty smell, but you can get rid of it with a space heater. The stove controls are pretty confusing, and we had trouble figuring them out. We also had trouble operating the space heater. The “bed” is just a sofa with a mattress topper. We were staying as a couple, and only I was comfortable; the other person found it uncomfortable to sleep. I also didn’t like the plastic mattress cover. When we checked out at 11:05 a.m., the staff member who came to clean the apartment and asked them in immediately was not polite to us. They didn’t even thank us for staying or wish us a good day.
