I liked the building itself — it is modern and feels brand new. The apartment had comfortable rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a great terrace where we could enjoy the Manhattan skyline at night. The neighborhood felt very safe, even after dark, and it offered easy access to Manhattan by subway. It was about a 15-minute walk to the station, and from there, only two stops to the World Trade Center.
The only downside was that the subway can get very crowded during rush hours.
