The host and the apt is exceptionally good. They made sure we had all details before our arrival. They assured we were conformable throughout the time. The location is perfect and just within 5 mins from the VAC biometrics place. The apt had everything, we'll equipped kitchen, washing machine and 24/7 water. I would recommend the place to everyone. Its spacious for a small family and very accessible. This was worth every cent we paid.

The person who manages the property is very warm. All our concerns were immediately met with and resolved.

I felt the AC in the small bedroom needs maintenance and the quilts needed some deep cleaning. Other than that everything else was perfect.

We had an issue with the apartment water heater and the internet not working. The owner Salma Bhatia sorted it and gave us another property. She was very welcoming and always available. The property itself was comfortable but it's a bit dated. The second apartment we moved to was clean with all basic facilities working. More than anything else, Service was good and very friendly owner who is a senior with a lot of energy and always willing to help.

Generally serviced apartments or homestays provide towels and basic toiletries, this was not provided. Car parking can be a big issue. Please check with them in advance if you are coming by car.

This place is perfectly located near the OFC in Chennai, a 5 min walk away. It is also very near to main road, and therefore, finding transportation is also easy. The host was very helpful, prompt in connecting and replying to my queries, took considerable efforts to ensure a smooth check in to the place, suggested reasonably priced food places. She also accommodated my request for an early check in, since I reached Chennai in the very early hours.

The cleanliness of the apartment needs improvement.
