O apartamento tem uma linda vista.
O compressor do ar condicionado fica na área de serviço, causando ruído e calor na sala. Poderia ter uma porta para isolar o equipamento. .

Good communication and quick replies through WhatsApp
The air conditioning condenser unit is located inside the apartment (in the laundry area), which makes the space extremely hot and quite noisy.
Because of this setup, the bedroom (where the air conditioning is) was the only comfortable area to stay. The living room was already hot, even with the windows open, and the condenser made it significantly worse.
Two people can’t use different areas of the apartment comfortably at the same time. This was especially inconvenient while travelling with a pet, as my cat preferred staying in the living room while I needed to stay in the bedroom to have air conditioning.
