clean and modern. parking lot well lit. breakfast surpassed my expectations.
A/C made weird noises when it kicked on and off, but worked well. Personal preference, but the pillows were the super soft 'head sinking' type. I don't like that.

My daughter is a student at UT Tyler and the hotel is very convenient to that location. It is a nice property and we had a lovely experience.
