I have nothing but good things to say about this accommodation: 1. The host is very helpful and answered all my questions in advance. I was also allowed to stay half an hour longer on the day of departure. Thank you very much again! 2. The flat is very cosy and very well equipped: it has everything you need for a short or long stay. There’s even washing powder and a washing machine if you want to do a wash. The flat is also very modern and I felt very much at home. The bed was very comfortable and I slept perfectly. There’s also air conditioning, which is particularly helpful in the warmer months. It was very quiet at night. 3. The location of the flat is also great: a 5-minute walk from Murcia’s main station and a 10-minute walk to the old town. There are supermarkets and restaurants in the area. 4. The value for money is GREAT! I can highly recommend this accommodation!
