The property was clean, central and well equipped.

It was lacking a homeliness

Excellent location & apartment very well appointed.

Private parking would be helpful, but to be fair there is seldom private parking in Kinsale town.

Very convenient location, walking distance everywhere. Nice and quiet neighborhood, close distance to pubs and restaurants, take away next door. Parking on street easy to find the spot, require a bit of effort.

All was good.

The location in Kinsale was convenient. We walked all over town from the apartment. There was plenty of space for everyone in our group. The apartment was bright, and there was a nice balcony overlooking a courtyard.

Our dealings with the property management - texting back and forth via What’s App- were problematic and confusing, perhaps due to a communication/language barrier. We were asked at the last minute right before checking in to provide a 300 Euro cash security deposit, which however, was resolved when we provided him with photos of each of our driver’s licenses. There was a clogged/slow shower drain in the guest bathroom, and when we arrived there were wet towels and sheets in the washer/dryer.
