L'emplacement est très proche de Loches. Le parking est privé et protégé. Le jardin au bord de l'eau est joli, mais il faisait trop frais le soir pour en profiter.
On avait l'impression de disposer temporairement de la maison d'un ami, qui aurait laissé toutes ses affaires dans les lieux. Les pièces n'étaient pas très propres, le linge de toilette et les couettes n'étaient pas propres non plus. Le pack de papier toilette posé sur le sol et la porte des toilettes ouvrant quasiment sur l'escalier n'étaient pas idéaux.
