I would have liked a little more water pressure for shower

The staff was really nice and helpful and everything was very clean, the place looks good and the pool is very pleasant.

The air conditioner is so loud that I couldn’t sleep even using my ear plugs and had to actually turn it off and just use the fan. The water pressure in the shower is not very good so it was also hard to wash my hair, and the hot water stopped at some point. The towel they provided for showering was actually a soft blanket so it was really hard to dry myself with it. Also they told me they could arrange a transfer to Port Barton that would take 2-3 hours and drop me off at the hotel there. I booked through them and it actually took 4 hours and they just dropped me at the station, so there is also misinformation being provided.
