The location and amenities were good; everything was tidy, clean, and in working order. There is a secure parking area. Check-in and check-out were straightforward. The air conditioning worked well. The room was spacious.
Towels and bed linen should be included in the price. The property description stated "fully equipped kitchen" in my language. This is incorrect; there is only a microwave, a toaster, a fridge and a kettle. The bathroom window wasn't 100% opaque. I could see people in the house from the toilet, and they could see me. If you are sensitive to noise, you should probably look for something else. Right next to my window was a modern church that played very loud rock music almost every day. During my stay, the parking fee more than doubled. I personally find it very unpleasant to have to negotiate the price before and upon arrival. I recommend taking screenshots from the time of booking.
