    if you are looking for a quick getaway and stay in a property that has a direct access to the beach the get this hotel. ensure that the pricing is around *** (dated July 2026) to get the bang for your buck. its nicely situated from know establishments at the main road so you will be able to just walk from one resto to the other. What would make the stay even more better is that if it has a swimming pool for its guests. note: don't part near the tries it will rain poop on your car. lastly, the "controlled buffet" is dumb. don't force the buffet term, instead say plated meal.

    Super noisy if you get any of the 3 AVA rooms. Linens & towels are visually old, no longer white because of usage. Facilities in this part of Sebay needs upgrade. Plus we were welcomed by a big fat mickey.

    The location is definitely the highlight of this place. It is right in the center of everything. Restaurants, cafes, and bars are all within walking distance. Our room was just above the famous 7/11 in San Juan, and the beach is only about 1 to 2 minutes away, which is very convenient. Their beachfront restaurant is also a plus. The food is generally good, although the breakfast buffet was just okay. It was nothing special and had limited options. We also appreciated that they allowed us to store our luggage early in the morning, which was really helpful. However, the downside of being in such a prime location is the noise. There is a bar right in front of the rooms with a DJ, and the music gets very loud. The crowd around 7/11 can also be noisy. It is difficult to sleep until around 3 to 4 AM when things finally quiet down, which left us feeling groggy the next day. The bed is quite stiff, and both the Wi-Fi and mobile data signal are weak, which made it difficult to stay connected. Another inconvenience is that there is no telephone in the room, so if you need anything, you have to go down to reception. Overall, I would not recommend this place if you are looking for rest and relaxation. But if you enjoy nightlife and being in the middle of the action, this could be a good option.
